Ken Kremsky Made His Best Efforts to Manage All the Accounting Activities for the Facility
Ken Kremsky provided financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity Team with the goal of reducing raw and packaging material losses by 5%, and reducing fixed expenses by 15% which was achieved. He developed a daily management review process generating reports for reviewing the prior day’s results regarding variances. He also prepared weekly reports to review fixed labor and maintenance spending.
Formerly working as the Controller and Strategic Analysis Manager at Kraft Foods Group, from the year 2005 till 2012, Ken managed all accounting activities for the facility, including preparation of the annual operating budget, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, and handling both internal and external audits.
Pertaining to his professional experience, Ken Kremsky started his career as an assistant controller at Interstate Brands Corporation from 1996-1999. In 1999, he started serving as manager of cost accounting at Nabisco Inc where he worked until 2005. Then he started working as controller at Kraft Foods Inc in 2005. From 2012, Ken worked as a Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects at Mondelez International. Currently he is working as consultant for a private equity firm.
Serving as a controller at Kraft Foods Inc. at Lehigh valley, Ken Kremsky managed all the aspects of the Accounting department that included Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, Supply Chain and Production.
