Ken Kremsky Served as an Assistant Financial Controller and Created Bills of Materials for Every Product

As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Ken Kremsky has extensive training in Lean Six Sigma budgeting and cost analysis. He generated approximately $700K in misfortune remitted reserve funds during his two years with Kraft Foods Group.

From 1996 until 1999, he worked for Interstate Brands Corporation as an associate controller. He then started acting as director of cost accounting at Nabisco Inc. in 1999 and stayed there until 2005. After that, in 2005, Kenneth started acting in the role of controller at Kraft Foods Inc. He started working for Mondelez International in 2012 as a stand-in Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects.

Ken Kremsky has worked in a manufacturing setting for more than 20 years. In his role as plant controller, he oversaw multiple projects aimed at achieving greater efficiency and lower costs.

In his previous role as finance lead, Kenneth supplied financial analysis to the Kraft Austerity Team with the aim of achieving 5% reductions in raw and packaging material losses as well as a 15% reduction in fixed expenses. He created a daily management review procedure that generated reports for analyzing the differences in the previous day's results.

Kenneth was in charge of supplying the financial accounts and monthly results for Nabisco Biscuit Company in his capacity as Assistant Financial Controller. He assigned fixed and indirect expenses to each product and created the bills of materials for them.

Ken Kremsky is currently employed in Pennsylvania as a consultant for a private equity firm. He helps with the A2R procedure for the company's acquisition and installs the new ERP accounting software.
